The snails turned out tasty, like I remember from Nigeria. The quality was so good, I ordered again. I soaked it for 24hrs and they plumped right up. Large sizes. Whenever I make snails, for a final cleaning, I always bring the snails to a boil in water for a couple of minutes then I remove and rinse it. After that, I cook it. I find that boiling first removes any remaining dirt. I did the same to these snails, and it did not disappoint. The final product turned out great.
