I ordered this product. The seller sent me a personal message to tell me they were going to the post office, which was nice. I received the item within a week. Definetaly pleased!competetive price compared to branded Canon products - which individually cost almost as much as the printer did to buy! Came in huge box but when removed from its plastic wrapper was covered in fine layer of blue pigment dust which got everywhere - hands, table etc but easily cleaned off with wet clothSupplier offered to replace at no-cost - but by time I'd wipped off pigment too much of a hassel to fill in and send off a returns slip.
